Overview

Smooth and Simple provide cosmetic enhancement treatments including; Cosmetic Surgery (Breast Surgery, Face lift, eyelid surgery, nose reshaping, liposuction, tummy tuck, male cosmetic surgery), Non-Surgical treatments (anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, thread vein removal, skin peels, stretch mark treatments), Laser Hair Removal, Medicated Skin Care, and Medispa treatments (medicated facials, massage, microdermabrasion).

Our services are delivered on site at our clinic in Manchester and are sold online (pre-payment) and on site.

For cosmetic surgery treatments, we act as agents for surgeons and other providers. All cosmetic surgery is provides off-site by third party partners. Any fees paid to us are for referral only. No liability is accepted for outcomes from treatment.

Our site is 100% secure. With our payment solution provider Paypal, you can rest assured that your payments details are safe.

Price and Payment

The Price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Website or given in person in-clinic. The Price is exclusive of VAT. The Price excludes delivery charges. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be informed to the Buyer’s prior to confirming the order.

Payment of the Price plus any VAT that might be due and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.

Refunds Policy

If any products you receive are faulty or damaged, we offer a replacement or refund. Please return the product in its original packaging stating the reason for return. Full refunds will be given if the product is received within 28 days of the purchase date. We will also refund postage costs.

If you are unhappy with the results, then please contact us in writing via email to ensure you are using the correct product. It is also imperative that you follow the instructions given. We cannot refund or replace products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

We will not refund against products that you may react to, either long-term or in the short-term, as you must ensure the product is suitable prior to purchase. Please feel free to contact a member of staff via email prior to making your purchase if you are unsure.

Postage and Packaging Policy: (Delivery)

All items are delivered by standard Royal Mail Signed For service, for which a charge of £4.95 is made, regardless of the size of the parcel.

A signature is required for delivery. If you are not present to accept delivery, a card is left for you to re-arrange delivery, or to pick up the parcel from the depot. If the parcel is not collected after 2 weeks, it is returned to us, where we will refund the amount relating to the product, however, we cannot refund the postage cost of £4.95.

We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after your order. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please email us directly, and we will track your order.

Due to distribution rights, we cannot deliver parcels outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. we would be happy to put you in touch with a local distributor should you wish to make a purchase.

Rights of Seller (Smooth and Simple Limited)

The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller’s agents or employees.

Upon submitting any form on our website, your details are entered into our CRM system, hosted with Microsoft Online. To view Microsoft’s Privacy policy, please click here. No personal details gathered from our website are stored on site.

When you use the PayPal Services to send money to someone else or request money from someone else, they ask you to provide information related to that transaction. Your transaction information is held securely in our cloud-based document storage, and destroyed and/or deleted once the transaction has been completed and good dispatched or services provided.

PayPal can, in some instances, collect information about you from third party sources. We do not gather any further informaiton about you from third parties.

Smooth and Simple (“The Company”) will only use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable legislation.

The Company collects personal information from visitors to this website through your usage of this website (e.g. cookies) and when you e-mail the company your details for the purpose of registration i.e. name, postal address and e-mail address.

The Company may process information collected via this website for the purposes of: providing the Company’s services; answering your queries; dealing with your order(s) and account(s); and providing you with information about products and services.

Gift Cards

Purchasing your Smooth and Simple Gift Card

Visit our online shop or in clinic reception to purchase your Smooth and Simple Gift Card. Payment for your gift cards can be via the accepted methods of payment online or in clinic at that time.

Redeeming your Smooth and Simple Gift Card

Present your gift card in person at Smooth and Simple for payment of any treatment or product in Clinic. If the gift cards total to less than the final amount of the purchase, the remainder of the balance can be paid by any accepted method of payment.

Points of note for your Smooth and Simple Gift Card:

  1. Gift cards are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  2. Gift cards are only redeemable for treatment and products (exclusions apply).
  3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
  4. Gift cards cannot be use for telephone or mail order purchases.
  5. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Gift cards cash value is £0.0001.
  7. Gift cards should be used to their entire value as no change will be given for unused funds after purchases.
  8. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
  9. Protect your gift card and treat it as cash. Smooth and Simple cannot be held liable for your gift cards, once issued, they are your responsibility and can not be replace if lost, stolen or damaged.
  10. Multiple gift cards may be redeemed in their entirety in the same transaction in Clinic. No change will be given for unused funds from the cards.
  11. You must be be present with your gift card in order to make purchases in Clinic. You can not redeem your gift card over the telephone.
  12. Smooth and Simple reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
  13. Smooth and Simple reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at our discretion, we deem such action necessary (eg. to change the scope of the Smooth and Simple gift card range and service, notify of the gift card withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond our control).
